1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Hall of War facilities, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Facility Usage
All gaming stations, equipment, and facilities must be used responsibly. Any intentional damage to hardware, peripherals, or furniture will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Food and beverages are restricted to designated areas only.
3. Bookings & Sessions
Session bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the booked time for a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to end sessions for violations of conduct.
4. Tournament Rules
Tournament participants must adhere to all game-specific rules and Hall of War competition policies. Cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and potential banning. Prize distributions are final.
5. Code of Conduct
Hall of War maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior. All visitors must treat staff and fellow gamers with respect. Violations may result in removal from the premises and/or permanent bans.
6. Age Restrictions
Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain games and events may have additional age restrictions based on content ratings. ID verification may be required.
7. Liability
Hall of War is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Use of all equipment and facilities is at your own risk. We maintain reasonable safety standards but cannot guarantee against all potential incidents.
8. Privacy & Data
By using our services, you consent to the collection of basic personal information for booking and communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.
9. Modifications
Hall of War reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and in-venue. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
