1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Hall of War (3rd Floor, Barua Square, Sevoke Road, Siliguri, West Bengal, India 734010). They apply to our venue and facilities, our website (hallofwar.com), and the Hall of War mobile app on iOS and Android. By visiting the venue, using the website, or creating an account in the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You sign in to the app with your mobile phone number and a one-time code. Keep your device and sign-in codes secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your profile honest. Impersonating another person is prohibited.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Our online services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, use them with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Game Card & Wallet

• Your Hall of War game card holds stored value that can be spent on gaming sessions, food, and other services at the venue. Top-ups are made in person at the counter — the app does not process online payments.
• Card balances are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or withdrawn as cash, except where required by law.
• The balance and history shown in the app are provided for convenience; the venue's point-of-sale records are authoritative. If you believe there is a discrepancy, contact us and we will investigate.
• Bookings made in the app may be paid from your card balance at the time of booking.

4. Bookings & Sessions

Session bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the booked time for a full refund to your card balance. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to end sessions for violations of conduct.

5. Facility Usage

All gaming stations, equipment, and facilities must be used responsibly. Any intentional damage to hardware, peripherals, or furniture will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Food and beverages are restricted to designated areas only.

6. Tournaments

Tournament participants must adhere to all game-specific rules and Hall of War competition policies. Cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and potential banning. Prize distributions are final.

7. Community & User Content

The app includes a community feed where you can post, comment, and interact with other players. We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users:

• Do not post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, misleading, or spam. Do not impersonate others or post anyone's private information.
• You can report any post or comment, and you can block any user — blocked users' posts and comments are hidden from you immediately.
• We aim to review reports within 24 hours. We may remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice.
• You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant Hall of War a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it within our services.
• You must accept these community rules in the app before posting for the first time.

8. Code of Conduct

Hall of War maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour — in the venue and online. All visitors must treat staff and fellow gamers with respect. Violations may result in removal from the premises, account termination, and/or permanent bans.

9. Age Restrictions

Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the venue. Certain games and events may have additional age restrictions based on content ratings. ID verification may be required.

10. Acceptable Use of the App

You may not misuse our app or website — including attempting to access other users' data or admin functions, interfering with or overloading our systems, scraping content, reverse-engineering the app, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Loyalty & Promotions

Loyalty points and promotional offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Redemption is subject to availability and the conditions shown at the time of the offer.

12. Liability

Hall of War is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Use of all equipment and facilities is at your own risk. The app and website are provided on an "as is" basis; we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability and governing law) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.

15. Modifications

Hall of War reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, in-venue or in-app. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
